Alpana has spent several years as a human resources consultant for Marriott hotels in California and for Anthem/Wellpoint in Indianapolis in the health and wellness industry. She Served as Wellness Director for Anthem for 3-years where she leveraged technology and created innovative programs for over 42,000 associates earning her work the Anthem Pinnacle Award as well as the World Health Organization’s Platinum Award.

Alpana has served on-property as Director of Human Resources for over a decade at a variety of Marriott hotels in DC, MD, VA, NY, IN and CA where her duties included front desk, housekeeping, employee relations, communications, benefit administration, staffing, recruitment, training, payroll, performance management and HR law.

Nick is certified in Universal EPA, Pool Operator and a ServSafe Manager. He has served in engineering and maintenance leadership roles for over 10 years in both hospitality and multi-family real estate sectors.

Nick most recently serves as an Area Chief Engineer for multiple urban select-service Marriott hotels where he managed all engineering and life safety responsibilities.

Nick is proficient in carpentry, HVAC repair, preventative maintenance programs, pool care, training, budget preparation, renovations and expense controls.

“Proctor” began his engineering career as a technician at the Nashville Marriott Vanderbilt in 2014. He has since held Engineering leadership roles in Marriott and Hilton branded hotels.

Most recently Procter served as the Director of Engineering at the Hilton New Orleans Airport.

Proctor’s skill set includes, budgeting, cost controls, Cap Ex, QA, safety/security, MEP, renovations, training, guest service standards, preventative maintenance and is a certified pool operator.

Bhim Has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the International Technological University in San Jose and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University in Chandapur, Maharashtra, India. He is proficient in Auto CAD, C-Programming, Java and Python Programming.

Most recently Bhim served as the Chief Engineer for the Walnut Creek Marriott, in CA leading the team of engineering staff through a major renovation of MEP systems, elevator modernization, fire system as well as several major Cap Ex projects.

Bhim has 17 years of progressive experience in hotel engineering at 200-300+ room properties. His past positions include Chief Engineer and Assistant Chief Engineer. He is well versed in all aspects of preventative maintenance, fire/life safety, energy conservation, HVAC, MEP, including F&B & laundry equipment.
