5. Have you secured a franchise agreement for your new project and feel confident you have successfully negotiated everything you possibly can in the process?
6. Are you confident that the space design elements of your project are tailored to your specific market including room count, room mix, size meeting space, labor efficiency/functionality of space, kitchen or laundry design, value engineering, etc?
7. Have you researched and taken advantage of municipality resources and tax advantages?
8.Are you confident in your QA improvement plan and sure that the strategy and planned allocation of resources will stabilize the asset?
9. Have you been successful in negotiating all applicable and desired brand waivers?
10. Are you confident in the ability of your team to analyze guest service or online online reputation issues and make needed improvements?
11. Are you taking full advantage of all brand resources and maximizing all the benefits you are paying for through franchise and marketing fees?
12. Have you created a realistic operating budget for your new project?
13. Are you taking advantage of the brandโ€™s top line revenue resources and effectively utilizing the brandโ€™s national and global sales teams?
14. Have you been successful in seeking alternative solutions to the brand's F&B standard requirements, especially considering the latest COVID 19 restrictions and CDC recommendations?
15. Have you fully vetted the design and sourcing of the latest, state-of-the-art meeting room AV and technology enhancements; and if so, negotiated a low- or no-cost deal on the equipment?
